Storyteller & Learning Experience Designer

I'm Varchas, and I believe classrooms should feel less like lectures and more like stories worth showing up for.

I've spent 10,000+ hours facilitating sessions with students across age groups and geographies, and one thing has stayed true throughout: kids don't just want to be taught, they want to think, build, and take ownership of their ideas. That belief is what All Things Classroom is built on.

Some of what you'll find here comes straight from real classrooms I've run — students solving problems through math and story, working in teams, and building things that matter to them. I document it because I think more educators (and more parents) should see what's possible when a lesson is designed like an experience instead of a script.

My background spans BYJU'S, Synthesis, Doyobi, StayQrious and NYsKOOL, across curriculum design, game-based learning and academic leadership. All Things Classroom is where that work comes together outside of any one organisation — a space to explore, test and share.
